Services may be delivered directly by us or by qualified third-party contractors engaged by us.

• Property size and condition

• Accessibility

• Scope of work

Final pricing will be confirmed via written quote prior to commencement unless urgent works are approved verbally.
 

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Cancellation fees may apply where notice is not provided

• Missed appointments may incur a call-out or cancellation fee
   

4. Payment Terms​
 

• Payment terms will be outlined on your invoice

• Late payments may incur additional fees

• Ownership of supplied materials remains with Move Me Property Maintenance until payment is received in full

 

5. Access & Safety​
 

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if unsafe conditions are present.
 

6. Limitation of Liability​
 

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss

• Liability is limited to the value of the services provided

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
